I’m Very happy with the service provided by Fletcher Longstaff, they have been absolutely excellent. My conveyancer Gareth (Edwards) was extremely good. I have had a couple of purchases fall through on me in the past and hence I’ve had some particularly unsatisfactory past experiences with solicitors. With one of them being a 5 star Trustpilot rated firm that I chose based on this rating, who proved to be not particularly great. Gareth has been excellent, spotting & resolving potential future issues in the Lease, constantly chasing the Sellers Lawyer & the Freeholder and keeping me in the loop/ updated through the whole process. I think a larger firm like Fletcher Longstaff tends to be more efficient & proactive than the bulk of local solicitors.
