Fletcher Longstaff! Simply the best conveyancing firm I have ever dealt with and that is going some! Faultless to the very end when we decided to have a change of heart and pull out of the purchase! From day one, the process was quick, easy and super friendly supportive team. Purchasing a house can be stressful at the best of times, but their service and knowledge is so streamlined and jargon free, we never had to question once. We found they do exactly what they say and go the extra mile too…. I am a very experienced cynic, especially with conveyancing firm, but I can assure you they did not give me reason for concern at any stage whatsoever. At the end when we said “phew, that was a long process and very time consuming, how much do we owe you for pulling out? They replied “you have not reached completion, so there is no fee for our service”. They did not try to persuade us to proceed with any pressure, simply working in our best interest from start to finish. Goes to show even in the most extreme of circumstances they stick to their word, they are a fine example of a firm conducting good business….
